We cut through the jargon to help you understand the basic building blocks of a good meditation practice, and it’s scientifically proven benefits.
This class is a blend of instruction, practice and discussion with the added benefits of salt therapy.
Julie is an experienced meditator and facilitator, who will share her knowledge and experience to help you progress your meditation journey. 
A Meditation class is held weekly. Please refer to the booking page for times and availability.
