We now live in a world where the human nervous system is exposed to a state of near-constant stimulation and this is having an impact on all generations. This new era for the human species is causing an increase in anxiety, depression, suicide, burnout and it is decreasing happiness, sleep and social interaction.
But what happens when you disconnect the human nervous system from all this outside stimulation?
