This website is operated and owned by “Buoyant Sea” Please read the following regarding our information and privacy policy.

Comments and other content submitted to our anti-spam service are not saved on our servers unless they were marked as false positives, in which case we store them long enough to use them to improve the service to avoid future false positives. 

Refunds policy 

Buoyant Sea has described as accurately display and describe its services online. If you are unhappy with your float, we will work with you to establish why and see if we can help you make the most out of an additional float. Please note that you may cancel or reschedule your appointment without any charge no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. 

Late arrival for a float may require us to shorten the length of your session, with full charges applied. 

There are no refunds for gift vouchers, packages or memberships. Buoyant Sea will only accept a cancellation of a casual float with a full credit if more than 24 hours’ notice (from the float appointment time) is given.

PAYMENT & SECURITY 

Payment  

Buoyant Sea accepts credit card payments. All purchases will be processed and authorised by our approved payment system Acuity or PayPal. Your credit card details will be securely processed and no credit card details are stored or seen by us. If you’d rather speak to a person, please give us a call on 03 5622 1847 and we will process your order over the phone. This personalised service may offer you additional payment methods via bank transfer. 

SECURITY 

Our “Acuity” payment system contains encrypted security so all payments are made in a secure environment. With the exception of telephone payments, we do not handle any credit or debit card information directly. Buoyant Sea takes its responsibilities and obligations to protect the personal information of its customers very seriously. Comprehensive security measures have been carefully implemented to provide a safe and secure shopping environment for our Buoyant Sea 

COMPETITIONS/PROMOTIONS 

Buoyant Sea will facilitate competitions/promotions during the year. Each Competition is a game of chance, the winner will be chosen at random. Each competition will have rules and obligation’s which the entrant must obeyed by or void there entry. Winners will be drawn at random at North Rd, Warragul and will be named on facebook/Instagram and contacted by a member of staff.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit. Exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees or implied warranties as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2012 (Cth) or any other applicable consumer protection laws. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, Buoyant Sea and its associated companies are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:

Any problems or technical malfunction (whether or not under Buoyant Sea control) of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on any computer system or at any website, or any combination thereof, including (but not limited to) any injury or damage to Entrants or any other person’s property related to or resulting from participation in this Competition;
Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Competition must be directed to Buoyant Sea, not the social media outlet.

Any provision in these terms and conditions which is invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction is to be read down for the purpose of that jurisdiction, if possible, so as to be valid and enforceable, and otherwise must be severed to the extent of the invalidity or unenforceability, without affecting the remaining provisions of these terms and Conditions or affecting the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions embody the entire agreement between the Promoter and each Entrant with respect to this Competition
